Most items are made to order and lead time will vary by item type.

 

-Ready-to-ship inventory will ship within 1-10 days depending on current stock levels.

-Customized items purchased from our online store need 3-4 weeks before shipping.

-Custom projects will vary depending on their nature but typically ship around 8 weeks; unless otherwise discussed.

-Memorial projects will vary up to 16 weeks before shipping.

 

Shipping times may be extended for orders placed between August and December. Regardless of the disclosed or discussed time frame, some orders can take longer to ship. Please be aware of this before committing to a customized item or project.

 

If you have a deadline, please confirm it with us before placing your order. Deadlines are not guaranteed after placing your order although, we will try our best to accommodate such requests.

Domestic Shipping

 

Domestic orders are shipped UPS-insured 2-day. Shipping costs include insurance and will vary based on the order value.

 

UPS-insured 2-day delivery is free on all custom projects.

 

All shipments are insured and will require a signature upon delivery.

 

 

International Shipping

 

International orders are shipped Express and insured by UPS or FedEx (depending on the destination country).

 

All duties and taxes are to be paid in full by the customer. HSJ is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred by the country we are shipping to.
