We can accommodate some requests for exchanges or order modifications before the order is shipped on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of receipt on ready-to-ship items.

If a repair is needed within one year of purchase, we will repair it at no charge. However, we reserve the right to determine if the repair was caused by something more than normal wear and care. Repairs and replacements will be offered for a charge if determined to be beyond normal wear or if beyond the 1-year mark.
