Step one: Send an Inquiry
Start by browsing our recent archive, gather ideas of what you like, and then send an inquiry detailing your special requests and budget.
Timeline: You can expect our initial response within 48hrs. Sometimes this may be delayed due to a high volume of inquiries or workload. Feel free to follow up!
What type of pieces do you make?
Everyday, ceremonial, and memorial pieces. Necklaces, pendants, rings, bracelets, chains, earrings; everything!
Where are you located?
We are in the U.S., specifically Washington State.
Do you ship international?
We do! Our inquiry form asks for your location so we can look into shipping logistics to your country. We can’t ship to some places due to import laws; however, if you have an alternative shipping country (family in another country), we can still process your order.
Step two: Design Consultation & Approval
The design consultation is done entirely by email. The design process can be lengthy. All communications and approvals for custom work are done in writing. This is the best way to ensure every detail is followed through and not missed. We will discuss the type of piece you’re looking for, the requested details, and how they align with your budget. Throughout the process, we will tailor the piece to you and your budget and send design mock-ups, photos, and pricing.
Timeline: The design consultation can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks.
What metal do you work with for custom pieces?
We work in 14k or 18k gold and sterling silver.
Step three: Payment
Payment is due promptly after approval, before production begins.
How do you handle payment?
We will create a private listing for you to purchase. All. major credit cards are accepted at checkout.
